Refund policy

All orders take between 1-7  business day to be shipped out.

Hi there, we are so sorry we do not except refunds,returns or exchanges, but please let us know if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping
NO refunds will be given for orders that were shown to be delivered by the USPS through verification of the tracking number.

If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it you will have to fill out a lost/stolen item form with the USPS. Lost mail is very frustrating but completely out of our control.

If your package is returned by the post office due to an incorrect mailing address you will be required to pay the shipping fee for us to send it out again

If your package was damaged in shipping please contact us and it will be determined on a case by case basis how it will be handled.
