Didn’t drizzle a little stiff

I ordered it in summer, so as expected, it came melted. I don't know how to fix it, I've tried adding activator, but no matter what I do, it still doesn't drizzle. However, I feel like that's a problem on my part, not the slime itself. It smells really nice, like fruity flowers. It didn't mix colors during shipping.
